I can’t change my home picture, company logo or banner.
Please ensure that the picture that you are uploading is the right size for its intended position e.g home logos must be a maximum of 110x90 pixels.
Each banner slot will have a specific size allowance e.g 468x60 which will have been shown when you purchased it and again on the banner image upload page. If this is correct please ensure the file is not corrupt. Try a file you have used else where.
