The most common reasons that our audio won't play on your computer are:

• You do not have an up to date version of Flash installed.

• Something silly, such as audio is muted on your speakers or something is unplugged.

Solutions:

You do not have a relevant version of Flash to play the audio or video.

• Simply click on this link and download the latest version of Flash.

• Open the file once downloaded and follow the on screen instructions.

• Once this has finished close all your browser windows (including this one) and then re-load the Box424 website.

• If you are still having problems please message our support team and we will try and resolve you problem.

We all do it. It is often the simplest things which hold us back. The easiest way to make sure it is not one of the above problems is to see if any errors come up when you try and play a file. If the programme seems to be fine and running then the problem is probably hardware.

• First things first is the audio muted? Check all mute buttons you may have on keyboard and speakers. Also look at the system tray icon (bottom right of your screen does the little speaker icon have a no entry sign in front of it? (If it does double click on it and uncheck mute by clicking)

• Still having problems? Check everything is plugged in and in the right place if your speakers are powered are they switched on.

• If you are still having problems then something is broken or not set up correctly.
